Best practices in delivering cost savings & improving efficiency
This one day masterclass is designed to introduce delegates to the end to end procurement process and develop the skills of participants in planning and managing the procurement process within a school environment with the objective of maximising value for money from their organisations external spend.
This master class is for school Principals, Vice Principals, Board Members, Office Managers, Bursars, Finance Managers, Procurement/Purchasing Managers, Contract Managers and Administrative Personnel who are interested in improving the effectiveness of procurement processes and practice within the school environment.
Delegates will be provided with a broad understanding of the end-to-end procurement process and an appreciation of best practice procurement and the role it can play in delivering significant value to the buying organisation.
